Why firms work with Epsilon

Operator experience

Twenty years as a technology and operations executive, advising CEOs and CFOs on where the time and money go. We've sat in the client's chair, not just the consultant's.

No tool to sell

There's no software commission and no platform agenda. Sometimes the right fix is a process change that costs nothing.

Proof before contract

It starts with a free discovery conversation, followed by a proof of concept. You sign only after you've seen it work.

Track record

Results from two decades of executive technology and operations leadership.

Faster billing and close

Redesigned financial processes to shorten the billing to payment cycle by 67% and take a full day out of month end close.

Faster client onboarding

Cut new client onboarding from 4.5 weeks to 1 week by automating approvals and eliminating manual handoffs.

Leaner software spend

Audited more than 140 software subscriptions, scored each one on value, and eliminated or renegotiated the rest, delivering six figures in annual savings.

Mergers and acquisitions

Integrated five acquisitions into a single set of systems and processes, including transition services agreements with the sellers.

How we work together

Find and fix

We identify the biggest drain on your firm's time or money and fix it, using process changes, software, or AI. Each project has a defined scope and a measurable before and after.

Keep it running

When a fix needs ongoing care, a support retainer keeps it working as your firm changes. You only need this if the solution requires it.

Advisory retainer

A set block of hours each month for ongoing counsel. We sit in on leadership meetings, spot inefficiencies early, and recommend what to fix next.

How it starts

  1. Discovery conversation

A no cost, no obligation conversation about what's slowing your firm down, including problems you don't think you can afford to fix.

  2. Proof of concept

We build a working version of the fix so you can see the results before committing.

  3. Agreement

If it works, we agree on scope and terms. If it doesn't, you owe nothing.

About Eric Sanders

Eric Sanders is the founder of Epsilon. He has spent twenty years as a technology and operations executive, reporting to CFOs, COOs, and CIOs, and leading teams across six countries. His career started in warehouses and inventory, so he knows what it's like to be the person stuck with a broken process.

His approach is simple: people first, then process, then platforms. Technology is the last tool he reaches for, not the first.

Eric is based in Philadelphia and works with firms across the region.
